Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a suitable refund method after verification.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, or for eligible size exchanges, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged at no additional cost.

For returns due to reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible products may still qualify for a return under this policy after delivery.
